  • RABT – Building Management Payments Platform – Serving as the sole UI/UX Designer and Design Lead, designing multi-level dashboards, building-level transaction journeys, and management company portals. Leading end-to-end design for entity lists, transaction drill-downs, vendor mapping interfaces, and OA (Owners Association) monitoring workflows using Mashreq's enterprise design system.
  • LRD – Lease Rental Discounting – Acting as the sole designer for LRD, architecting cheque recall, withdrawal, deferment, and referral workflows. Leading UI architecture for CIF lookup screens, cheque validation interfaces, maker–checker approval flows, and CPC (Cheque Processing Centre) operations dashboards with real-time status indicators.
  • Taswiya – Settlement & Reconciliation Platform – Working as the sole designer and design lead for Taswiya, crafting multi-country settlement dashboards, case queue management, and reconciliation journeys across UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Designing automated vs manual case views, workflow widgets with smart routing, bill stage progression screens, and real-time entity trackers with status synchronization.
  • Design System Leadership – Establishing and maintaining design patterns, component libraries, and style guides across all Payment Technology products. Created reusable UI kits in Figma covering 50+ components including complex data tables, multi-step forms, status indicators, and workflow visualizations.

  • Project Cypher πŸ† (Gartner Award Winner 2025) – Served as sole UI/UX Designer for the bank's first in-house payments reconciliation platform, automating reconciliation across multiple payment types (SWIFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cheques, Cards). Partnered with operations SMEs to map end-to-end reconciliation workflows.
  • Project DoneZie – Designed and delivered Mashreq's first enterprise task management system, enabling 125+ projects and 70M+ BAU tasks to be tracked in one platform. Translated leadership requirements into intuitive dashboards with RAG status, SLA tracking, and automated reminders.
